General Refund Policy
A 10% administrative charge will be deducted from all refunds, regardless of the type of service.
This policy applies to refunds related to:
Tuition fees paid to educational institutions
Visa and migration services
Application and processing services
Consultancy or other professional services facilitated by Welhan Abroad Study
The remaining 90% of the refundable amount will be returned to the client.
Eligibility and Conditions
Refund requests must be made in writing and supported by relevant documentation (e.g., visa refusal letter, withdrawal notice, or cancellation request).
Refunds will be processed only after verifying the eligibility of the claim with the relevant institution or service provider.
Certain charges are non-refundable, including (but not limited to):
Application or registration fees
Government or third-party charges (such as Department of Home Affairs application fees, OSHC, police checks, health checks, etc.)
Any expenses already paid to third parties on behalf of the student/client
Refund Process
Submit your refund request to Welhan Abroad Study with the required documentation.
Our team will review the request and liaise with the concerned institution/service provider.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will be issued to the original payer’s account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Important Notes
The 10% administrative deduction is standard across all refunds and is non-negotiable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on institutions, third-party providers, and banking procedures.
If a refund request does not meet the conditions of the institution or service provider, it may be declined.

Students who are unable to continue with their application, course, or services due to valid reasons may apply for a refund by completing the form with accurate details. Refund requests will be carefully assessed based on our terms and conditions, including proof of payment, service usage, and eligibility. Once verified, refunds will be processed securely to the student’s nominated bank account within the stated timeframe.
